By registering for, accessing, or using LIVE TV, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.<\/p><h2>Definitions<\/h2><p>\u201cLIVE TV\u201d or \u201cService\u201d means the television streaming service provided by the Company through internet-connected televisions and other supported devices, including any related or additional services made available by the Company.<\/p><p>\u201cMember\u201d or \u201cUser\u201d means a person who registers for or uses LIVE TV.<\/p><p>\u201cDevice\u201d means a compatible television or other device authorized by the Company to access LIVE TV, including supported LG and Samsung television devices.<\/p><p>\u201cPackage\u201d means a subscription or viewing package offered by LIVE TV, including trial, monthly, annual, promotional, or other packages that may be offered from time to time.<\/p><hr \/><h2>1. Scope of the Terms<\/h2><p>These Terms constitute an agreement between the Member and Coel Next Company Limited regarding access to and use of LIVE TV, including the LIVE TV application on webOS, Samsung televisions, other supported operating systems and devices, and any related websites or services provided by the Company.<\/p><p>By accessing or using LIVE TV, the Member agrees to comply with these Terms, the applicable Privacy Policy, and other policies, instructions, procedures, or conditions made available through LIVE TV.<\/p><p>LIVE TV provides access to television programs and other content that the Company is authorized to distribute through internet streaming, subject to applicable licensing restrictions, packages, devices, territories, and other conditions.<\/p><hr \/><h2>2. Membership<\/h2><ol><li><p>Members must provide true, accurate, and current information when registering for LIVE TV.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Registration may require a mobile phone number, username, verification code (OTP), device registration, or other authentication methods provided by LIVE TV.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Members are responsible for activities conducted through their accounts and registered devices.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Members must not allow unauthorized persons to access their accounts or authentication credentials.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Members must promptly notify LIVE TV if they become aware of unauthorized access to their account or registered devices.<\/p><\/li><li><p>LIVE TV is provided for personal and private use only. Members may not resell, redistribute, commercially exploit, publicly display, or otherwise make the Service or its content available to third parties unless expressly authorized by the Company.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The Company may modify these Terms when reasonably necessary due to changes in the Service, applicable law, licensing requirements, security requirements, or business operations. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Continued use of LIVE TV after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Members must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to enter into these Terms. Where consent from a parent or legal guardian is required by law, such consent must be obtained before use of the Service.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><hr \/><h2>3. Service Details<\/h2><h3>Registration<\/h3><p>Members may register for LIVE TV through supported registration methods, which may include a mobile phone number, username, OTP verification, television device registration, or QR-code-based pairing.<\/p><h3>Free Trial<\/h3><p>LIVE TV may provide a free trial to eligible new Members subject to the conditions displayed at the time of registration.<\/p><p>The duration and eligibility requirements of a free trial may vary according to promotions offered by the Company.<\/p><p>Upon expiration of a trial period, the Member may be required to purchase a Package to continue accessing paid content.<\/p><h3>Viewing Packages<\/h3><p>LIVE TV may offer Packages including, but not limited to:<\/p><ul><li><p>Monthly Packages, such as 30-day access<\/p><\/li><li><p>Annual Packages, such as 365-day access<\/p><\/li><li><p>Promotional Packages<\/p><\/li><li><p>Other Packages announced by LIVE TV<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Prices, duration, content availability, supported devices, and other conditions will be displayed before purchase.<\/p><p>Unless otherwise specified, Packages do not automatically renew. Members may purchase or renew a Package through payment methods supported by LIVE TV.<\/p><h3>Device Access<\/h3><p>The number and type of devices that may be registered or used simultaneously depend on the conditions of the Member's Package.<\/p><p>LIVE TV currently supports certain television platforms, including LG and Samsung devices, and may add, modify, or discontinue device support from time to time.<\/p><h3>Service Availability<\/h3><p>The Company will use reasonable efforts to provide the Service reliably. However, streaming quality and availability may be affected by circumstances including:<\/p><ul><li><p>Internet connection speed and stability<\/p><\/li><li><p>Network congestion<\/p><\/li><li><p>Member equipment or home network configuration<\/p><\/li><li><p>Device performance and compatibility<\/p><\/li><li><p>Third-party network or infrastructure services<\/p><\/li><li><p>Maintenance<\/p><\/li><li><p>Software or hardware failures<\/p><\/li><li><p>Other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>4. Use of the Service and Content<\/h2><p>LIVE TV content is provided for personal and private viewing only.<\/p><p>Members must not, without authorization:<\/p><ul><li><p>Copy, reproduce, record, redistribute, rebroadcast, or publicly display LIVE TV content<\/p><\/li><li><p>Sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service or content.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Circumvent access controls, digital rights management, geographical restrictions, device restrictions, or other technical protections.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Reverse engineer, interfere with, attack, modify, or gain unauthorized access to LIVE TV systems.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Introduce malware, viruses, malicious code, or other harmful technology.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Use LIVE TV in violation of applicable laws or third-party intellectual property rights.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Content, channels, features, and supported platforms may change according to licensing arrangements, technical requirements, or other operational considerations.<\/p><hr \/><h2>5. Accounts, Passwords, OTP and Device Authentication<\/h2><p>Members may be provided with or required to create authentication credentials to access LIVE TV.<\/p><p>Authentication mechanisms may include usernames, passwords, mobile phone numbers, OTP verification, registered device identifiers, and temporary pairing tokens.<\/p><p>Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.<\/p><p>Passwords and other authentication information will be handled using appropriate technical and organizational security measures.<\/p><p>LIVE TV may use device identifiers to identify, authenticate, register, and manage televisions and other devices connected to a Member's account.<\/p><p>LIVE TV may also provide QR-code-based pairing that allows Members to perform certain actions through a mobile device, including:<\/p><ul><li><p>Registration.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Login.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Account or device pairing.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Password reset<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Temporary pairing tokens or sessions may be generated for these purposes. Such tokens are intended for authentication and account management and may expire or become invalid after use or after a specified period.<\/p><p>The Company may suspend or restrict access where unauthorized, suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity is detected.<\/p><hr \/><h2>6. Personal Data and Privacy<\/h2><p data-path-to-node=\"0\">The Company collects, uses, and discloses personal data only to the extent necessary for providing LIVE TV, administering Member accounts, processing payments, maintaining security, improving the Service, complying with legal obligations, and other purposes described below.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"1\"><b data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">6.1 Personal Data We Collect<\/b><\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"1\">Depending on how the Member uses LIVE TV, the Company may collect the following categories of information:<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"2,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"2,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Account and registration information<\/b><\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"2,0,1\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,0,1,0,0\">Username<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,0,1,1,0\">Mobile phone number<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,0,1,2,0\">Authentication credentials, including password-related authentication information<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,0,1,3,0\">Registration date<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,0,1,4,0\">Account status<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,0,1,5,0\">OTP verification status<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,0,1,6,0\">Trial eligibility or trial status<\/p><\/li><li data-path-to-node=\"2,0,1,7,0\">Other account information voluntarily provided by the Member.<\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"2,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"2,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Device and technical information<\/b><\/p><ul><li data-path-to-node=\"2,1,1,0,0\">Device identifiers used to identify or authenticate supported televisions and devices<\/li><li data-path-to-node=\"2,1,1,1,0\">Device platform or type, including supported LG and Samsung television devices<\/li><li data-path-to-node=\"2,1,1,2,0\">IP address, including the IP address associated with recent connections<\/li><li data-path-to-node=\"2,1,1,3,0\">Device registration and connection information<\/li><li data-path-to-node=\"2,1,1,4,0\">Login and authentication records<\/li><li data-path-to-node=\"2,1,1,5,0\">Technical information reasonably necessary to operate and secure the Service<\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"2,1,1,6,0\"><i data-path-to-node=\"2,1,1,6,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Note:<\/i> Device identifiers may include identifiers assigned by the television, application, or LIVE TV system. These identifiers are used to recognize and manage devices associated with the Member's account.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"2,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"2,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Subscription and Package information<\/b><\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"2,2,1\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,2,1,0,0\">Current Package<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,2,1,1,0\">Package expiration date<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,2,1,2,0\">Trial status<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,2,1,3,0\">Subscription status<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,2,1,4,0\">Package purchase history<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,2,1,5,0\">Package renewal history<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,2,1,6,0\">Related transaction information<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"2,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Payment information<\/b><\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,0\">When a Member purchases or renews a Package, LIVE TV may process or retain information relating to the transaction, including:<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"2,3,1\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,1,0,0\">Payment transaction or event identifiers<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,1,1,0\">QR-code payment generation events<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,1,2,0\">Payment status<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,1,3,0\">Payment date and time<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,1,4,0\">Package associated with the transaction<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,1,5,0\">Information required to reconcile or verify payments<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,1,5,0\"><i style=\"background-color: transparent;\" data-path-to-node=\"2,3,1,6,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Note:<\/i><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"> Payment processing may be performed through third-party payment service providers. The Company does not necessarily receive or store all financial information submitted directly to such payment providers.<\/span><\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"2,4,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"2,4,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Pairing and authentication session information<\/b><\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"2,4,0\">LIVE TV may generate temporary pairing sessions or tokens to allow Members to securely perform account-related actions through a mobile device after scanning a QR code displayed on a television.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"2,4,0\">These sessions may be used for functions such as registration, login, device pairing, and password reset.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"2,4,0\">The Company may retain technical records relating to these sessions for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and system administration purposes.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"2,5,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"2,5,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Communications<\/b><\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"2,5,0\">The Company may collect information provided when Members contact LIVE TV, submit inquiries, report problems, provide feedback, or otherwise communicate with the Company.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"3\"><b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">6.2 Purposes of Processing<\/b><\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"3\">The Company may collect and use personal data for purposes including<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"4\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"4,0,0\">Registering and administering Member accounts<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\">Authenticating Members and registered devices<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"4,2,0\">Providing access to LIVE TV and subscribed Packages<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"4,3,0\">Managing free trials and Package eligibility<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"4,4,0\">Processing, verifying, and recording payments<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"4,5,0\">Maintaining Package purchase and renewal history<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"4,6,0\">Generating and managing QR-code pairing sessions<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"4,7,0\">Supporting login, registration, device pairing, and password reset processes<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"4,8,0\">Preventing unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, and security incidents<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"4,9,0\">Troubleshooting and maintaining the Service<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"4,10,0\">Providing customer support<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"4,11,0\">Improving service reliability, functionality, and user experience<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"4,12,0\">Maintaining records required for accounting, auditing, dispute resolution, and legal compliance<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"4,13,0\">Complying with applicable laws, lawful requests, and regulatory requirements<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"4,14,0\">Communicating information concerning the Service, Packages, transactions, security, or material changes affecting Members.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"4,15,0\"><i data-path-to-node=\"4,15,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Note:<\/i> Marketing or promotional communications requiring consent will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"5\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">6.3 Disclosure of Personal Data<\/b><\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"5\">The Company may disclose personal data where reasonably necessary to:<\/p><ul><li><p data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\">Payment processors and payment service providers<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\">Cloud, hosting, infrastructure, telecommunications, security, and technical service providers<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\">Contractors and professional advisers supporting LIVE TV<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"6,3,0\">Content or technology partners where necessary for providing the Service<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"6,4,0\">Auditors, accountants, or legal advisers<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"6,5,0\">Government authorities, regulators, courts, or law enforcement agencies where required or permitted by law<\/p><\/li><li data-path-to-node=\"6,6,0\">Other parties with the Member's consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.<\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"6,6,0\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"6,6,0\">Where third parties process personal data on behalf of the Company, the Company will take reasonable steps to require appropriate data protection and security measures.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"7\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">6.4 Data Retention<\/b><\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"7\">The Company will retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and as required by applicable law.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Different categories of information may have different retention periods. Responsibilities of Members<\/h2><p>Members must:<\/p><ol><li><p>Provide accurate registration information<\/p><\/li><li><p>Keep account credentials secure<\/p><\/li><li><p>Use LIVE TV only for lawful and authorized purposes<\/p><\/li><li><p>Respect intellectual property and other rights<\/p><\/li><li><p>Not interfere with LIVE TV systems or other Members<\/p><\/li><li><p>Not attempt unauthorized access, hacking, exploitation, or circumvention of security measures<\/p><\/li><li><p>Not engage in fraudulent payment or account activities<\/p><\/li><li><p>Not distribute malware or malicious code<\/p><\/li><li><p>Promptly notify LIVE TV of suspected unauthorized use of their account<\/p><\/li><\/ol><hr \/><h2>8. Payment<\/h2><p>Members may purchase Packages using payment methods made available by LIVE TV.<\/p><p>Payment methods may include QR-code or PromptPay-based payments and payment processing services provided by third-party payment providers.<\/p><p>A Package will normally become active only after LIVE TV receives or verifies successful payment.<\/p><p>If a payment is unsuccessful, cancelled, rejected, expired, or cannot be verified, LIVE TV may withhold or suspend activation of the relevant Package.<\/p><p>Transaction status displayed by LIVE TV may depend on payment notifications or information received from the applicable payment service provider.<\/p><hr \/><h2>9. Suspension, Maintenance and Changes to the Service<\/h2><p>LIVE TV may temporarily suspend or restrict the Service where reasonably necessary due to:<\/p><ul><li><p>Scheduled or emergency maintenance<\/p><\/li><li><p>Software or hardware failures<\/p><\/li><li><p>Network or telecommunications failures<\/p><\/li><li><p>Payment verification problems<\/p><\/li><li><p>Security incidents<\/p><\/li><li><p>Protection of Members or third parties<\/p><\/li><li><p>Requirements imposed by content licensors<\/p><\/li><li><p>Legal or regulatory requirements<\/p><\/li><li><p>Natural disasters or force majeure<\/p><\/li><li><p>Other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Where reasonably practicable, LIVE TV will provide advance notice of planned maintenance or material service interruptions.<\/p><p>The Company may modify features, supported devices, technical requirements, channels, content, or other aspects of LIVE TV where reasonably necessary.<\/p><hr \/><h2>11. Suspension or Termination of Accounts<\/h2><p>LIVE TV may suspend, restrict, or terminate a Member's account where the Company reasonably believes that the Member:<\/p><ol><li><p>Violates these Terms<\/p><\/li><li><p>Provides false or misleading registration information<\/p><\/li><li><p>Uses another person's information without authorization<\/p><\/li><li><p>Attempts to gain unauthorized access to LIVE TV systems<\/p><\/li><li><p>Circumvents security, device, territorial, or content restrictions<\/p><\/li><li><p>Redistributes, resells, rebroadcasts, records, or publicly displays content without authorization<\/p><\/li><li><p>Engages in fraudulent or abusive payment activity<\/p><\/li><li><p>Infringes intellectual property or other rights<\/p><\/li><li><p>Uses the Service for unlawful purposes<\/p><\/li><li><p>Causes or attempts to cause damage to LIVE TV, other Members, or third parties<\/p><\/li><li><p>Fails to pay applicable service fees.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p>The Company may notify the member or provide an opportunity to remedy the violation prior to account termination, as deemed appropriate and to the extent permitted by law.<\/p><p>The Company may immediately suspend or terminate the account if necessary to protect the service, members, third parties, intellectual property, or system security.<\/p><hr \/><h2>12. Limitation of Liability<\/h2><p>To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be responsible for interruptions, delays, or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:<\/p><ul><li><p>Internet or telecommunications failures<\/p><\/li><li><p>Member equipment or network problems<\/p><\/li><li><p>Third-party service failures<\/p><\/li><li><p>Power failures<\/p><\/li><li><p>Force majeure<\/p><\/li><li><p>Scheduled or emergency maintenance<\/p><\/li><li><p>Incompatibility arising from unsupported devices or software<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Thai law.<\/p><hr \/><h2>13. Limitations on Use of the Service<\/h2><p>Access to LIVE TV is granted as a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right during the applicable Service or Package period.<\/p><p>Members do not acquire ownership of LIVE TV accounts, software, content, television channels, or intellectual property by registering for or purchasing a Package.<\/p><p>The Company may restrict, suspend, reset, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, licensing compliance, account protection, or enforcement of these Terms.<\/p><p>Members may not transfer, sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise commercially provide their LIVE TV account or access rights to another person.<\/p><hr \/><h2>14. Intellectual Property Rights<\/h2><p>The LIVE TV application, software, interface, trademarks, logos, graphics, databases, documentation, and other materials created or owned by the Company are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.<\/p><p>Television programs, channels, audiovisual works, and other content available through LIVE TV may be owned or licensed by third-party copyright holders.<\/p><p>The Member receives only the right to access and privately view such content in accordance with the applicable Package and these Terms.<\/p><p>Without authorization, Members may not reproduce, record, modify, distribute, retransmit, rebroadcast, sell, rent, publicly perform, publicly display, or otherwise exploit LIVE TV content.<\/p><p>The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where infringement or unauthorized distribution is detected and may exercise any rights or remedies available under applicable law.<\/p><hr \/><h2>15. Governing Law<\/h2><p>These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.<\/p><p>Any rights available to Members under mandatory consumer
